    Craig creates and executes project work plans as well as the delivery of Tier1’s Managed Services offerings. Craig has over 10 years of experience working exclusively with Oracle Technology as a technical developer and now manages our Oracle e-Business Suite and Hyperion implementation and upgrade projects. Earlier in his career, he spent five years in international consulting as a technical lead and project manager for an environmental consulting firm.

She has run IT organizations, built PMO’s and led strategic IT initiatives including Oracle EBS, MRP, CRM and Master Data implementations, mergers, digital transformation, and ITSM transformations.

    Marcie has 15 years of sales experience. She is responsible for the execution of sales opportunities at Tier1, the management and development of the sales team, and leading and coordinating Tier1’s sales efforts with Marketing and Client Services. She has been with Tier1 since 2007.

    Phil has been in the Oracle consulting field for two decades.  During his career, Phil’s varied roles have included software implementations, managed services/support, practice management, solution design, and cloud migrations/deployments.  Phil has been a part of many different types of customer engagements and has a vast amount Oracle knowledge to share which is a natural fit for him to be in charge of Tier1’s customer experience.  With the advent of Tier1’s Private Oracle Cloud, Phil has taken on the role to develop new business strategies around how Tier1 can offer “best of breed” services and help our customers migrate to Cloud solutions.

His career has included a wide range of Finance and IT roles across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and education. He has been involved in all stages of project implementations, and managed numerous full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades and rebuilds, as well as managed services for ongoing application support.

Over the years, she has worked in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, financial, retail, and manufacturing. In addition, she has managed numerous implementation, upgrade, and application extension projects.

    Marissa has 6 years of marketing experience with 3 years focused on the IT industry. She is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of all marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, email campaigns, and advertising. She also provides marketing support to Sales and other departments to effectively represent the Tier1 brand and mission.
