DAVE BUSCH
Chief Executive Officer

David has over 17 years experience in the IT industry, including seven years as an account manager at Oracle Corporation. He previously held sales positions at LogicWorks and Objective Interface Systems. He began his career in finance with a Pittsburgh based software company, Tartan, Inc. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.S. in Finance.
ROB GUIDARELLI
President and Chief Financial Officer

Rob has over 26 years of experience in the IT industry. He spent eight of those years at Oracle Corporation in a variety of roles including Applications Sales Manager for Major Accounts; Senior Director, eBusiness Intelligence Sales for North America Sales; and Manager, DSS/Data Warehouse Sales for the Communications Industry vertical. Rob previously held sales and sales management positions at a number of IT companies. He began his career at National Steel, where he was responsible for IT strategic planning, software evaluation and acquisition, and application development projects. Rob holds a degree in Information Systems from Purdue University.

EDWARD EICHLER
Chief Operating Officer
Vice President, Consulting Services

Ed is responsible for the entire lifecycle of our onsite implementation and remote support engagements. Ed’s role is to engage with Tier1 customers from project inception through production support, matching each customer’s needs to Tier1's service offerings.

Ed has over 20 years of experience in information technology, 10 of which were with Oracle Corporation. In his over 14 years in working with Oracle EBS, Ed has been responsible for numerous engagements across almost all EBS modules, from the development of implementation approaches, project schedules, and budgets, to the day-to-day execution of projects. Ed holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Management and a Masters Degree in Management Systems from Clarkson University and is a certified PMI Project Management Professional.

MARION "MAZ" ZANKOWSKI
Chief Technical Architect

Maz has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, including eight years as a consultant for Oracle Corporation. He has held a wide variety of roles including software implementation, operations, sales and management in banking, networking, microfilming, and database/software enterprises. He lives with his family in Pittsburgh and is involved in numerous community groups and organizations.
MICHAEL CHRIST
Director, Development Services

Michael Christ is a 20+ year veteran of the Information Technology industry, with the last 17 centered on the Oracle technology stack. He has worked in such diverse industries as higher education, health care, labor unions, and membership organizations with an equally wide range of responsibilities. He has spoken at local, national, and international conferences. He lives with his wife and three children in the South Hills.
PHILIP RAINSBERGER
Director, DBA Services

Phil has over 12 years of consulting experience with the Oracle database, tools, and E-Business Suite.  His career has included development, database administration, and project management for many implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.  Phil enjoys working in a variety of roles including DBA manager, practicing DBA, developer, and participating with the sales team.   Phil is an Oracle Certified Professional and holds a degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  He lives with his wife and two children in Moon Twp.
JERRY LAGORIO
Director Hyperion Services

Jerry has 30+ years experience in information technology.  He has 20 years experience working with Hyperion products.  During his career, Jerry has held management positions in consulting services for several firms in the software industry including Comshare, Hyperion and Oracle.  He was also managing partner for Lynx consulting group.  Jerry is responsible for the management of Tier1 Hyperion software implementation and maintenance engagements.  He has a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University with a focus on Corporate Finance.
JESSICA TAYLOR
Manager, Customer Satisfaction

Jessica is responsible for all customer service as well as all remote support services for our Tier1 customers. Jessica holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Jessica has over 5 years of customer service experience and lives in Pittsburgh.
